Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns are only applicable if the item is:
Damaged upon delivery
Defective or faulty
Incorrect item received
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.
Custom or personalized items (if offered in the future) cannot be returned unless defective.

Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange pickup where possible.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or other suitable methods as agreed with the customer.
If you prefer, eligible returns may be exchanged for the same product or another product of equal value, subject to availability.
In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Calia Routes will cover the return shipping cost.
